Description

1. Conduct periodical HSE / IMS audits and surprise audits
2. Monitor the corrective and preventive actions are effective
3. Provide safety training related to FSMS / EMS/ OHSAS to all staff.
4. Arrange training (Internal & External) to employees as per training calendar
5. Hold Safety meeting with all the departments
6. Reports daily to HSET – Head
7. Responsible for the implementation & follow up of best practices in the industry and for

the successful compliance of HACCP process and ISO standards as per the requirement of the company

8. Responsible for the successful implementation and compliance of Integrated Management System at site and act as a Team Leader of IMS Team.
9. Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training,

assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining QC supervisor and

inspectors. Communicating, preparing and completing action plans; implementing quality

standards, sourcing, completing audits; determining system improvements;

implementing change.

10. Achieves quality assurance objectives by contributing information and analysis.

11. Develops quality assurance plans by identifying critical control points and preventive

measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and

verification procedures; monitoring inventories.

12. Validates quality processes by working with Unit Head establish specifications and

quality attributes and updating quality assurance procedures.

13. Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing

information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, parts rejects,

corrective actions and re-validations.

14. Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management
15. Perform other duties as required by the management of JIC.
16. To ensure safe work will be carried out all times by adhering to the requirements of Health and Safety Standard to achieve incident free work place
