Key Skills Required : • Minimum 4 years experience in Camp Catering
• Out door catering experience
• Experience in western region (Adnoc or any oil field sectors)
• Good in daily , weekly & Monthly report generation pertaining to Catering Operations .
• Basic food knowledge in different cuisine .
• Customer handling skill
• Employee handling skill
• Wastage monitoring skill
• Cost monitoring skill.
• Fluent in English , Hindi languages (Speak)
Description
Will be overall responsible for Laundry, Housekeeping, Catering Services, Store Keeping, and Waste Management
To provide professional laundry service to the customers / client in a safe and economic matter
To ensure profitability and customer satisfaction of the overall project.
Liaison with Clients, Operators representative Operation Manager and Deputy Manager Operation
To supervise and monitor safety and hygiene standards of the site
To monitor high levels and standard Food production, cleanliness, Customer satisfaction and ensure that staff Discipline is maintained at Village all the time
All information suggestion and complaints regarding Food service, Housekeeping, Laundry and Food Dispatching is channeled through him
Hold daily meeting with Laundry, Housekeeping, Production, Store, and Dining Managers
Reports daily to Manager Operations/Deputy Manager Operations.
Responsible for smooth and efficient running of all services at the Site.
Responsible for the submission of all fortnightly and Monthly reports to base office
