Description
- Ensure all documentation are correctly labeled / identified, distributed and stored in the designated area.
- Responsible to applying CNIA pass of the staff & Vehicles and maintain the necessary documents accordingly
- Bank Account opening, ATM Card & Coordination
- Uniform / Joining Requirement Coordination
- Health Insurance Coordination (Addition / Deletion)
- Air Ticket Booking
- Leave Planning / Leave Request Handling
- Passport Request Log Handling
- Coordination of Leave Settlement
- Coordination of Full & Final settlement
- Staff Personnel File Maintenance (ERP/JIC Portal / Hard Copy) – Daily
- Maintenance of documents / Records. (Employee & Company Related)
- Assist receptionist
- Maintaining passport Request Log Handling
- Perform other duties assigned by the Jr. HR Manager/HR Admin Head
- Maintaining and monitoring documentation logs for all incoming and outgoing files / records.
- Coordinating with Site HR FOR Cancellation /leave proceeding staff clearance documents & records maintenance
- Coordinating with Site HR for staff Uniforms & PPE requirements. Follow up with procurement for delivery of PPE on time.
