Will be responsible for the complete kitchen shift operation
Report to Production Manager on the daily activities of Kitchen
Liaison with production Manager for the effective, efficient & economic Production activities.
To supervise Safety and hygiene standard of Kitchen & equipments always clean & tidy
To maintain high level, standards, kitchen cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and staff discipline maintained at kitchen all times
Reports daily to production Manager,
Responsible for the duty allocation of kitchen staff, maintenance of Time Sheet on a daily basis.
Responsible for the food cost, reduction in pre-production wastage, portioning control, production chart, Meat / Fish & Vegetable as per the requirement
Responsible for the compliance of HACCP process and maintaiun updated records as required / SOP.
