Description

• Will be responsible for the complete kitchen shift operation
• Report to Production Manager on the daily activities of Kitchen
• Liaison with production Manager for the effective, efficient & economic Production activities.
• To supervise Safety and hygiene standard of Kitchen & equipments always clean & tidy
• To maintain high level, standards, kitchen cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and staff discipline maintained at kitchen all times
• Reports daily to production Manager,
• Responsible for the duty allocation of kitchen staff, maintenance of Time Sheet on a daily basis.
• Responsible for the food cost, reduction in pre-production wastage, portioning control, production chart, Meat / Fish & Vegetable as per the requirement
• Responsible for the compliance of HACCP process and maintaiun updated records as required / SOP.
