1. Prepare good quality meal as per the menu
2. Give instructions and guidance to the Asst. Cooks for mis-en-place.
3. To ensure that all the working areas are always hygienically clean and tidy
4. Kitchen equipments to be kept clean and tidy immediately after the work.
5. Responsible for the correct use of ingredients whilst cooking
6. Responsible to reduce the wastage and increase the productivity & profitability.
7. Provide a good Quality of food and service to the client and customer.
