Description

• Will be responsible for the complete Stores operation shift
• Liaison with Store Manager.
• To monitor safety and hygiene standards of Stores
• To maintain high level and standards, cleanliness, customer satisfaction and staff discipline maintained the Stores all the time
• Reports daily to Store Manager
• Preparation of Purchase related documents as per the instruction of Store Manager on a timely basis
• Responsible for the maintenance of Inventory records on a monthly basis
• Responsible for the quality & quantity check while receiving the materials. Follow up HACCP process and SOP and maintain record for the same.
• Responsible for smooth and efficient Store operations.
• Responsible for the implementation & follow up of best practices in the industry and for the successful completion of ISO standards as per the requirement of the company
• Responsible for the successful compliance of Integrated Management System at site and an active member of IMS Team.
• To ensure safe work will be carried out all times by adhering to the requirements of Health and Safety Standard to achieve incident free work place
